J. Crew*s Answer to Rainy-Day Blues
Memorial Day is upon us and for those of us in the northeast, the rainy forecast is putting a damper (pun intended) on our weekend plans. To celebrate the start of summer, I’m headed out to the Hamptons with my family. But what to wear?? Bright Lights, Beautiful City
Temperatures reached 80 degrees in New York on Wednesday and to celebrate the warm weather, Alex and I dined al fresco on our building’s rooftop. Celebrating Saturday Night with Ribs
This weekend, my husband and I drove to my family’s house in the catskills in hopes of catching the fall foliage and cooking a big meal in a big kitchen. We picked up a rack of baby back ribs from The Smokehouse of the Catskills on the way upstate and used Alton Brown’s recipe for braised ribs. The result was a succulent meat dinner followed by an amazing night’s sleep.
